The error in that logic lies in the valuation given to cyto. Until it offers full financial disclosure as a public company, that valuation is unknown. What we do know is how the market is valuing it currently, which equates to imun at less than a penny/share in pre-split numbers.

So either cyto isn't worth as much as you think it is

and/or

lots more imun dilution is on the way

and/or

lots of cyto dilution is on the way

and/or

the merger isn't happening

and/or

everyone selling imun for a fraction of what it was trading at a few weeks ago is wrong and you are right.

Many unknowns, but pretty sure the last option is a non-starter.
