I haven't looked into Kun Peng before but I would venture they have never been public before, obviously now there weren't and that's why they are doing this deal. This was more or less a shell for some time, they didn't have any meaningful revenue business for some time so obviously it will increase the value here if Kun Peng brings something in. The stock already responded nicely lately but there is room for more IMO if Kun Peng delivers the goods in the next few quarters. Hard to predict as always.
