Like anyone would believe the CEO of PMCB.

Before it was the 1 Preferred share that would prevent a hostile takeover, which can be reissued at any time.

Now it's the reason for the 50 BILLION shares. LMAO!!!



Yeah, I've tried to point out the Golden Share could be put into play at anytime to prevent the mythical hostile takeover. By another Microcrap stock? But Kenny has some SHs believing an A/S of 50B is now needed. If that's the case... Souper! Kenny can alter the Articles of Incorporation, canceling the Series A Preferred. Since the Golden Share now serves no purpose in existing.
