When is Sorrentino being announced as the new CEO?

This has been speculated for some time now on this board and would help PRED regain some credibility in the marketplace.

- The stock is relisted.

- The Skull and Crossbones are off.

PRED is a reporting company? Why don't they report anything to shareholders?

Why does the company continue to bury news news within mostly unread 8k filings?

Hell they may as well be private - they are scared of their own shadow.Sure they got spanked by the SEC for a misleading press release a while back and de-listed for quite a long time - BUT use a different news release writer. OR perhaps they continue with the 8k'for reasons and no longer have an IR/PR firm of any consequence.

Even when they had two respected IR/PR firms even they were kept on a "strict script."

HOW ABOUT A SHAREHOLDER LETTER PERIODICALLY -wow I'll bet that scares the hell out of them.
