Re: Acquisition..,

- "We're continuing to look for accretive acquisitions, as we go forward."

- "We have the appetite to do acquisitions, we have the board support to do acquisitions. And I think last year was a good test case for myself and Mike that you know, could we do this. Do we have the energy, and do we have the teams in place, and we can get the right, you know, both the consulting groups on both sides to make it work. So all those are lined up saying yes. Are there targets? There's many more targets probably outside of the US that will be perfect. I mean I would love to see more and more Interwork type companies but they've already been rolled up in North America. But you know, in Europe and other markets there's definitely targets that we will be looking at, and ARE LOOKING AT. So just have to keep your keep your eyes open on the moves we make."

Cloud Marketplace...

- "If you look, you'll see announcements coming out from us that will actually launch our cloud marketplace in the states in the next 30 days. And with that it's a lot of vendors. So the vendors want to get into a subscription based model like Microsoft has already done. They want to be on a platform and they want their distribution companies to be able to do that for them so that they can consolidate multiple lines to sell multiple technologies to solve multiple problems. You'll see that expand over the year, this year, and going both ways. We'll be sending product lines that can go on to CDS network and platform, and the same vice versa and we come back to the US. So judge us at the end of this year on how well we did with that. And I'll talk more about that in the in the quarters to come."
