I will see what I can dig up, but won't be able to get to it until next week. Maybe, someone else can find out sooner. If they are still connected, I believe it would be impossible to report both Italy's earnings and US earnings on one statement, or even file Italy's fins separately in the US. Italy and the US do not follow the same accounting standards.

Still think it is amazing that a company this new, (even from 2018) is reporting any earnings at all. Many of the NASDAQ companies go much longer, if ever, before they have profit. The red flag that I noted (see notes) is that the majority of their revenues, for both years, came from a small number of clients. Hopefully, their client list will expand so they are not so dependent on them.
