Matt could have filed all back financials a week or two after they announced they were going to do SEC alternative reporting which was March 2nd.

A ten year old could do the "cut and paste" type of work that those alternative financials take to complete. Getting PINK current would have waited for an attorney disclosure letter BUT the fins would have been posted.

Four months from tomorrow,E*Trade pulls the plug on any OTC stock that is Pink No Information. No doubt TD will do the same. You will be able to sell your position IF you can find a buyer with a Broker that will allow them to Buy. TD is already blocking most CE stocks this will be the next step.


All tickers better get with it and get current,or the OTC will grind to a complete halt in the next six months.
