In my opinion this makes no sense. Why should Mr. Kempers update the company overview when the company is in sale?

I would like to get an explanation for postponement of the SARS-CoV-2 project. To be precise we actually even don't know if something was postponed. Mr. Kempers wrote about the end of the tests but he didn't say if he will publish the results. But when announcing all that why not publish the results? Were they poor? Do the experimentists need more time, did they make mistakes? Were the tests good?
I would also like to know why Upperton disappeared from the filings. Can't imagine they and Mymetics signed a that short lasting agreement.

That makes no sense and there are other contradictory things.
It's Mr. Kempers task to clarify. But I will not send an email to him - he won't answar as usual.
