Institutions wisely took profits as the stock rose and 4 of them lightened up on the way down.Link was posted showing the complete activity ending 3/31/2021.
Those institutions that held are facing a huge gain give back.
New contract facing possible legal challenges as a near by neighnor call for more information on the cleanliness of emissions.. Says it's an "environmental destroyer". City council already has an attorney in place to prepare for possible legal challenge.
The project, should it get by the new hurdle, still is a distance to complete and will not help the bottom line and losses that are coming.
The market will value this news.
