Hammer01- question how is being delisted a good thing?? I understand that they HAVE TO get current... However, if they get delisted & become a private company.. The shares would mean nothing.. UNLESS, they get relisted BUT that takes 3 to 5 years for that to happen IF it does happen..

Let just say for example, IF someone has just over i dont know say 94,934,215 shares. IF USMJ does a RS Hmmm. That person would still some shares at a higher price... Then could continue on buying & hopefully have a turn around..
But if USMJ gets delisted it becomes a private company & those shares are worthless.. Thats a REAL GAMBLE, thats NOT investing pure speculation..
