Nonsense. That’s what the lawyers are for. The CEO lives in Hong Kong And the CFO IN Japan. Why should they log on to some zoom hearing where they can barely get the thing working here in the USA. There is a huge time difference. 15 to 16 hours ahead of Nevada time.
They don’t need to appear.
