no, they did not abandon the company. that suggest that there were no operations. i have said multiple times that plenty of companies OPERATE without proper licensure or with revoked state standing. the penalty for that in nevada is fines, but a company can still be reinstated, just as retc did. leave that issue alone. it's no longer pertinent. they already said they had operations going on the entire time they have been delinquent. geez. what part of that dont' you get?
