This is a Cytodyn board, not a Remdeathisnear board. Despite the problems we have seen throughout the entire pandemic, U.S. FDA remains to be the "Gold Standard." By saying otherwise, you're just projecting your anger by their recent statement, and not basing it on fact.

I'm no attorney, but I don't know if it was legal for them to release a market moving statement during trading hours. But that doesn't change whether the rest of the world still views the U.S. FDA as the Gold Standard.

I'm not in agreement with how the FDA acted, which is childish. But they did so in response to the childish behaviors or shareholders who incessantly contacted the FDA and their senator's
