Ruby was the method of the stock promotion. The video taken after NBRI defaulted on the lease proved the only money actually spent on Ruby was some paint and new boards to spruce up the old portal for pictures to pump the stock. A few thousand dollars, at most.

The rest of the money went somewhere, most likely into the CEO's pocket.
