True, but sometimes you would be very surprised,

(Pandemic or not) on how slow and how little hospitals spend on disinfecting environmental systems. I worked in healthcare and a close colleague that ran a building Environmental control company that had some large hospital systems as clients. It wasn't always pretty. Some studies conclude that in some cases, roughly half of all hospital deaths are associated with HAI. The issues related to cost are much more complex than you might think, HAI is often unseen, and are delegated to the janitorial department which is lowdown on the hospital's hierarchical system. Old people can be as likely to die in a hospital due to their underlying conditions as they are from catching HAI. Hospital sales will be a long slow hill for PCTL to climb, and medical sales are difficult, but PCTL was able to nicely grow their leasing revenue in 2020. Can they keep it up in Q1? We shall see shortly
