I don't make assumptions about what may or may not impact the companies I invest in, I verify whether my concerns are warranted or not. After the acquisition it will not be up to Los Suenos what happens with their Biomass, it will be up to Curaleaf. In the PR announcing the acquisition it stated

As the largest producer of biomass in the state, this facility will also fuel the further deployment of our Select product line

They have their own plans for the Biomass, this had the possibility to impact our company, that is why I was looking for validation that it would not hinder our operations.
