I spoke with my broker (Schwab) and they stated these dividend shares have a different CUSIP number from the actual AABB stock, They explained this means it is a "spin-off" of the actual stock The dividend shares can only be sent to me as an actual printed stock certificate. Schwab does not accept penny stock certificate deposits but will allow the electronic trading. I asked how long are the shares restricted for and they said I had to call the investor relations for ANY information on this stock, as the company did not release any information on it.

I called IR the first person I spoke to hung up on me so I called back and the second person could only take my name, number, and E-mail address and told me someone will get in touch with me at a later time. They couldn't even tell me how long the shares were restricted for.

I went to the OTC site and noticed the A/S & O/S dates are 18 May 2021 and it appears the O/S does not reflect the dividend shares that were paid out on 04 May 2021 which leads me to believe my brokers statement of this dividend being a spin-off.

Please do not solely take my word for it, I can only repeat what I was told from my broker about this. Please call you broker and ask them about your dividend shares.
