she did not ask for the ceo. she asked if a director would appear and testify. why? because that is the other piece of the statute that she has to use to rule on this case. read the statute about the directors and management agreement. blakely told her that the controller would be back, and the judge said she didn't think she could answer questions meant for a director. so, the he said he would speak to the directors to see if one would be willing to appear.
