That doesn't matter..Judge even said;"They didn't apply for Reinstatement until AFTER Custodianship was awarded to Team-Sharp".......

Judges do NOT Like it when a defunct corporation doesn't "Do the Right Thing" after 2 yrs revoked/delinquent until someone forces them to do it...

Just like a Criminal saying to the Judge AFTER he gets Busted/Arrested then says "I'm gonna Clean-up my act" or "I Will Never do it Again" TOO LITTLE TOO LATE...

Corrupt management has had lots of time to get this Company up to date with their State License and the Filings, and this Pre-Dates Covid, the Judge wasn't buying their Covid excuse either, bcuz they were Revoked/Delinquent BEFORE Covid...
