b. If you note he is also the Sec Counsel for ITNS, besides CEO

c. He has other interest and is listed as Sec Counsel for other
OTC tickers , APYP is one of those
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/APYP/profile
Note , the good thing there is Malone&Bailey listed as attorneys are
actually a PCAOB Firm , putting some accountability there.

d. Lets see what happens , I have my core position here at ITNS and Mark C could easily set up a Merger with someone .
