with Bolivia, Iran, Cuba, Venezuela and allies turns into a huge hot shooting war super fast and the residual Chilean Right-Wing/Fascists (who will still control the military for another 2-3 years at least) is drafted back into power/government to "save" Chile from total ruin in a worst case scenario whereby the northern half of Chile goes to Bolivia and the southern half is split between "neutral" Argentina & "neutral" Brazil to give them each a nice cleaner east-to-west straight-shot corridor to the Pacific Ocean through freshly deep-penetrating bunker-busting dynamited mountains as reward (by China) for staying "neutral" in the war.

Step 2, Hope the Chilean military can beg Joe Biden (finally now out of Afghanistan by then) into coming to the aide of Chile to preserve the Chilean border with Peru thus checkmate-blocking Bolivia's overland route to the Pacific Ocean to economically ship their lithium and Venezuelan oil due west to China.

Step 3, Hope Joe Biden makes as one of his conditions for American military support that Chile reinstates normal White man rule & taxation schedules over all the copper/lithium mining in Chile and that no focking thieving LCP (leftists, commies, pinkos) be allowed to over-legislate any of their new commie-shit anti-Neo-liberal laws, royalties, special taxes, or special assessments upon the copper/lithium industry for 12 years (minimum) in order for the rest of the smog-breathing 7.6 billion people in the world to kick-start the upcoming/accelerating gigantic effort to rid earth of fossil-burning vehicles and breathe clean air once again which require massive amounts of copper and lithium.

This 3-Step Program for Hope may be on a larger, more grander scope, more violent scope than you are hoping to hear just now but we are going to be well past small-scale solutions (aka LPI tiny-dick-size bumbling solutions) after March 11, 2022 (presidential inauguration).

But, to perhaps address today one of your more heartfelt tender 2022-ish concerns about the "high-income mining companies" collapsing or abandoning Chile... I would say to you that these hollowed-out copper/lithium companies will fairly quickly be repopulated/reactivated by the "neutral" Chinese and their "neutral" non-gun-carrying Chinese coolies/Uyghurs/slave-workers per the November 27, 2017 agreement signed by Codelco and "neutral" China. And of course all the seafood caught in Chilean waters will be "sold" (wink wink) to China during this difficult "transition period" to help pay down the debt to "neutral" China.

PS, Step 4, cut the balls off all the fascist zealots in Chile so that only normal fascists and semi-fascists are left in Chile... and then keep them on "cut their balls off" probation for 3 years.
