Its not his fault. He is the only reason the stock is trading at what it is. Without his custodianship, the stock is garbage, the shareholders have zero faith in the companies ability to right itself. THAT is why the stock will tank without George Sharp. With GS, it has a chance, without it will be suspended by Sept at the latest. None of that is his fault.
