The converts are being sold. The company has confirmed that. I suggest that you contact them and ask. But the converts are not the only problem. Looks like naked shorting and some shareholders just getting out.

From my point of view Iliad is the major problem because they are causing the naked shorting and the drop in the SP is pushing shareholders who have had enough to sell.

Challenges make life interesting, Overcoming them make life meaningful.
