I am posting my thoughts. There was an 800 million share offering, was there not? My understanding is that as a public offering....MKH takes control of the shares and can sell them at their own discretion.

I trust Sam when he said that they plan to hold most shares in the treasury for flexibility in the future. But it shouldn't surprise anyone if the OS rises in the coming weeks. And who knows? Maybe the nearly three million in volume this morning WAS retail selling into the bids on the release of a PR. Doesn't really track however. This type of volume....especially on a day with a decent press release....should probably move us north.
