For all the optimistic interpretations

One thing is obvious. If this company is really close to a breakthrough, why aren't any insiders buying these price depressed shares? Why is someone who presumably doesn't have to guess, a big shareholder, dumping?
Mostly, can someone please point to an example of McMeekin or his BOD being successful? I can point to McMeekin failing miserably at PGI and his input almost wrecking Newgioco a couple of years ago but his successes escape me. I love the tech and the potential but companies at this level must have competent, visionary leadership. I just don't see it.
