Yes, I agree with you. And you have to consider that the decision is up to the judge. She doesn't appear to know that much about the OTC as per her questions to GS. So, I think she will accept the testimony of the controller witness and side with the company on this one.

That may not be the "legally correct" thing to do, as the company was operating without a license, but I just think the judge will look at mitigating factors, like the pandemic.

And I think the current bid is indicative of what the overall community thought of last night.
