300M shares were issued in the last quarter using the cashless exercise feature of those dirt cheap warrants. Using 1.2 cents as an average PPS for the quarter, that's $3.6M. That's dilution and a tidy little profit on the shares awarded to the lender given the $0.0005 and $0.0010 warrants.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
