No merger is going to happen. NSAV is a HOLDING COMPANY and has no production of anything, no products. The companies it invests in are the ones that produce stuff, and NSAV will get a percentage of the profit based on the ownership percentage.
SBC is a crypto company. NSAV gave them shares. IF SBC becomes profitable, NSAV will receive income from them.
