Once again some seem to be hanging on the fact doc missed Q1 uplist because of some filings.

clearly some entities couldn't get their filings in completely by that time. Chiro has documented that various of the component companies have filed in April and even as recently as the 11th of May

These "filings" are a one or two page report. NOT financial filings. Private companies do not report financials to the state SOS. They just report name and address changes, pay the fee and maybe annually board meeting minutes. BUT if it wasn't completed for 2020, he can use 2019 report IF he needs it which in all likelihood he does not.

NONE of this has anything to do with changing UNVC name.
Why hasn't that been done yet?
