Of course I read it. It applies to Dec 31... and it has little or no value, and is ONLY as good as "if you believe the Principals" who have been diluting shares and are releasing Hype and Pump, but NO transparency . There is NO outside opinion... and they STILL have not said what the Current Total Outstanding Shares is. The Transfer Agent hasn't told me...maybe you KNOW what that is.
I'm still in, but WHEN will the Ticker change...and When will they provide a basic audited Financial Statement, and When will they disclose the number of O/S
