I suspect this has hampered our ability to progress here, and so this ruling should allow Jake the freedom under SEC codes to move forward.
At least, that is what I am guessing.
Anyone want to contradict that and tell us there is more to the inability to file?
You may be right and I may be wrong.
But I feel like litigation was the kind of thing that may have stymied us in our progress.
