Clearvision International, Inc. and Prima Worldwide, Inc. Have Entered Into a Strategic Alliance

Clearvision International Incorporated (OTC:CVNI) and Prima Worldwide Incorporated have entered into a strategic alliance whereby Prima Worldwide, Inc. will consult Clearvision International, Inc. on introductions to key strategic relationships to align the companies growth strategy for 2007. Prima will also be instrumental in building the companies board of directors as well as identifying potential acquisition targets and joint venture opportunities through its broad focused but very high level global network.
