I did not scare anyone, I just said "IF". Of course I want this case finish asap same as everyone here, I have been waiting for 10 years long and I have followed this lawsuit since 2012. I know what's going on. We expected winning each year , year after year..., however , it continue delays and drag out...

Yes, if reverse from CAFC may take 18 months, ATVI and MSFT perhaps settle with us, but there is 50/50 chance.
