Per the PR...

the PLATT rate for this grade of oil is 2.75/bbl.

I'm no petroleum expert, but they are apparently looking to purchase 27 wells which produce oil sludge that's used for making asphalt. This is not crude oil of any type which sells for $45-55/bbl.

The first couple of times are excusable; thereafter, it's pitiful...
