Today 10Q report released, 11Q will be next 3 months (8/18/21), will we see LL settlement details report on next quarter?

CAFC appeal= 18 months
If CAFC turn it over, return back to Boston court( or other court), court set timeline and trial date= 18 months.
If WDDD win in trial , ATVI will appeal again to CAFC or higher court= 18 months.
18x3=54 months= 4.5 years.

This case continue to drag out 5 more years, be completed in 2026?
