Imo, why are you trying to redirect issues that have already been decided? Why are you not taking the bull by the horns and going after Mark and Rod? Quit dragging your feet and get with it.

The boys had to give up shares and get our exchange filed. If you will recall, the boys had not carried out any requirements or obligations in years, prior to the SA. Our lawyers did good, the system did good, and now we direct our hope to CDEX.
You need to figure out, if you really want Loch shareholders to succeed with CDEX or not. Because, it is a fact, it would have never happened any other way.
