5. The r/s had to be done the way it is in order to expedite the uplist to NASDAQ, changing the ratio would have meant delaying the uplist by quite a few days between the SEC, FINRA and the auditors. I am sure we all want to see the big LOI close soon rather than lose it due to delays in uplisting.
