JUST LET THEM KNOW Tomas MATERIALLY LIED in their SEC 8-K ON THE FIRST 10-K THEY MISSED feigning "COVID" blah blah - while WITHIN DAYS he and USRM filed a major lawsuit in Miami-Dade against the insurance company Brown & Brown to "try" and steal $600K to $1 million from them for supposed "unpaid legal bills" they incurred to fight the feds when THEY BROKE THE LAW WILLINGLY and OVER AND OVER despite warnings !

THEY COULD NOT "TIMELY FILE" per Tomas lies that "COVID WOULD NOT ALLOW OUR TEAM TO MEET" blah blah - BUT they within days filed a EXTREMELY LENGTHY AND COMPLEX LAWSUIT in Miami-Dade so they sure as hell DID "meet with their team" blah blah and the SEC is going to know all about it :)
