i'm in kavl and it took forever to go from ucrb to qshi and then it took a while to get into kavl and then nothing happened for a long time. i also remember someone posting that 325k seemed too cheap for doing the merger paperwork on kavl... it took a long time to transpire at each step but man was it ever worth the wait! for what it's worth i believe i bought ucrb shares roughly 3.5 years ago now.
