I can't find any confirmation of a regdex being filed - anybody suscribe to edgar?

A PP doesn't have to be bad. Let's say they sold a few million shares to finance expansion of production facilities thereby significantly increasing output (given expectations the sales will generated, it goes without saying). That would be a good thing.

But until we have confirmation it's all just idle speculation.
