I'm not telling anyone to buy, sell or hold. I only know from experience that 1:1000 reverse splits by companies with no cash tend to revert back towards the price before the r/s. One of the big questions with the merger is how much cash does cyto have. I have asked several times on this board and received no reply. I see lots of trials and potential trials at various stages and I know they can take a lot of time and cost $millions each. Many $millions.

The big risk is what does imun do with all those nearly 750 million new found shares just waiting to be issued. Do they really want to move forward with their own trials? If so they need lots of cash ie dilution. If not, then their value is the cyto shares, and cbli's $15 million in cash won't last very long for the merged company. So more dilution?

Lots of questions. I could see the stocks, both cbli and imun were over valued after the merger announcement and posted accordingly. Condolences to those who paid over $10 for cbli and over $20 for imun. Until cyto balance sheet is exposed, it's just a crap shoot at this point.
