That's all crap, too. Nowhere in the docket was a receiver appointed, which is required, and a company doesn't emerge "debt free" from Chapter 7 bankruptcy. It's a dead company, too, with the remaining debt attached. Can't wait to pull that string.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
