Yes, Larry answered my question. I asked if we were already constructing a new clinic? He said not yet but just waiting for the HUD to be approved to open Eden Prairie in the next two weeks.

Additionally he is very confident to open 7 new locations by end of year in the Minnesota area.

With the new prefabricated walls with wiring already installed the construction of each location will only be 10-12 weeks.

On up listing, NYSE /America is the route they are going with. Later this year, some heard Q1 2022 on Stocktwits. Larry did say if price doesn’t reach 2 dollar, they could do reverse split to get it there.

Larry spoke about growth, the team is looking to buy retiring doctors book of business and covert them to Good Clinic clients. Furthermore he spoke of being in the works with 3 insurance companies for referrals and billing.

I was impressed with the evolution and growth plans for 2021, and this summer and fall is going to be busy for Mitesco. As for me I’m excited and going to be adding more at these levels.
