That massive stock dilution was on the way 2 yrs ago, and it occurred.

Isn't Kenny wonderful? So much so he gave himself a salary raise.

Now comes an R/S, and Kenny pumps about an mythical up listing. Then a repeat of the dilution back to 2.4B and beyond of O/S shares. That will also be wonderful for SHs.
