Did you know that under MICHIGAN DISABILITY LAW...and also FEDERAL DISABILITY LAW for that matter....it is very favorable to have 1 exemption for your automobile. Make it count! Remember, Disability is a different animal, with all sorts of protections.

There is also as a homestead exemption to our only DREAM vehicle...we got 1 (ONE) vehicle exempt from lawsuits. BTW, I also read that under MICHIGAN MEDICAID LAW...the law is INCOME based, and not ASSET based. Therefore, when I make $0 after my standard federal deduction...we are homestead protected. Besides, these are all depreciating assets according to the law. Look at what just came in the mail TODAY... We rent the ACCR location, and the law coincidentally is very favorable towards a HOME EXEMPTION. You only get 1 (ONE) again.
