I think that the subject is about as of then. it is not very relevant
to the case if land values went up or down since then (and we do have
the issue of Bass preventing UDF from getting auditors...). what will
matter is how honest mr Bass was in his actions. I think discovery
has been telling us just how much honesty was in his actions.
