The NASDAQ or even the old American Stock exchange aka "BEING LISTED ON AN EXCHANGE" are like running the gauntlet from hell to even PRAY to be accepted for listing - and OTC "ALTERNATIVE FILER CRAP" that is PINK STOP SIGN and DARK AND DEFUNCT anytime in the past 5 YEARS will not even be "glanced at" by those exchanges for acceptance to be "listed" - not a chance in freaking hell !!!
