The very first sentence of GEGI's company profile on www.otcmarkets.com says:

In 2015, GEGI, a public listed company in the USA created Ambrosia Animals, a pet food line.

The last quarterly report, which was filed on December 5, 2017, makes no mention of Ambrosia Animals. In fact, none of the prior filings mention Ambrosia Animals.

The reference to Ambrosia Animals was not found anywhere until GEGI updated its company profile on www.otcmarkets.com on March 2021.

This isn't unlike Bahnsen though to completely switch gears and make claims that certain activities have been going on for years. GEGI has never sold any product whatsoever.

Instead of creating a pet food line, as Bahnsen says GEGI did in 2015, the GEGI Amended Consolidated Financial Statements for September 30, 2017 indicate that GEGI's business was as follows:

The company leasing agreement with a mining project located in Guayuco and in Gomez Plata in 2016. The company is in the process to do the PTO to evaluate the value of the lease of Guayuco and the Gomez Plata project. The company has also signed an agreement with Inca worldwide to lease its land to grow Inca seeds.

Nothing about Ambrosia Animals or petfood in the 2017 financial report. There is no documentation to support that Ambrosia Animals actually exists or that there are any sales for GEGI.
