I remember when only 1B shares moved this from .0006 to .005, yet 1.8B shares today only moved this 10%. Those 12's were all cleared and re-loaded BIG time with now nearly 250M and growing. This either needs serious volume, which it currently has NONE of...or this isn't going anywhere for quite some time. Reduction was great news, but this is the worst move ever for it.
