In February 2021, Nextchampions, VOX and the Company entered into a licensing and usage agreement for the app “PayToGo” upon completion of its development and launch into the Brazilian marketplace. Under the terms of the agreement, the ownership of PayToGo is transferred to VOX, and the Company will receive a royalty on all gross revenue generated in the local Brazilian market. Additionally the Company will have exclusive rights to the app and all revenues derived there from in all markets outside Brazil.

It was previously announced Paytogo will launch in Europe in the Summer and in the US in September. That is where the real money is.
